I had a pleasant two-night stay at Stroom in Rotterdam. The building's unique industrial character blended well with the neighborhood, and I particularly enjoyed the giant tub in my duplex studio! Overall, the hotel is wonderfully located and offers a great ambiance, but I found it a bit overpriced for what I received.
